Thanks for your reply. But I think I have to wait till you update the
info on how to do the custom events as an extension as the project I am
working on, we can't ask user to download the source code and compile
with our patch. Hope to hear from u soon with above mentioned update.

events from my xpcom component.
My activex intracts with a usb device, which has many embeded applications
in it. when user choose any application from device, control should fire an
event(which my current activex doing perfactely) and I should be able to
handle that event from client side javascript(activex is doing it). Can
