Was your app rejected by a reviewer? I missed some context, I think. Your app
should *not* have been rejected on grounds that you included jQuery and a CSP
warning was produced. If that is the case, I'll talk to the reviewers and see
what's the story. Feel free to forward me any messages you received and I'll
see if I can parse what's happening.

Hi,

Thanks, I needed jQuery version 1.9.x so I compiled it myself. But I had
to remove -deprecated from the list to get jQuery mobile running.

When I upload it it has only one more warning then your code from

> https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/blob/master/hearth/media/js/lib/jquery-2.0.2.js

I'm not sure this is sufficient, I assume if I send it in again it will
just come back again? There is no field to input any information about
anything while uploading. I can't even give the reviewer a
username+password so she/he can test the app, let alone some text
explaining what you guys been talking about here.

> Let me know if you have any questions!

There is still code like this which gives me warnings (even in your
version):

js/jquery.js
538 if ( code.indexOf("use strict") === 1 ) {
539 script = document.createElement("script");
540 script.text = code;

And the rejection I got sounded kind of like a pre-written text one
would send if the automatic testing is telling the reviewer that there
are problems with CSP.

So my question kind of remains the same, how do I get my app into the
Marketplace? :)
