The URL wouldn't be encoded within the certificate. Rather, Gecko
would map URLs to certificates itself.
I suspect it would be very painful to change the path from
"/reviewers/" to something else though, because you'd have old clients
(e.g. Firefox ESR!!!, and old non-updated B2G phones) still using
"/reviewers/".

Same kind of deal. We would have separate certificate mappings for
marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers and
marketplace-dev.allizom.org/everything-else.
.. and for stage at marketplace.allizom.org too?
Those are the only ones we use now. Hardcoding specific urls in gecko
makes me a little uneasy though.
