Hello Matěj!

Despair not! :-)

We're indeed updating ALL the mortar templates to be easier to use and get
started with, and also some of them will be using Brick too.
We're having some new templates too, like the privileged one:
https://github.com/mozilla/mortar-privileged-app-stub

If you have any query/idea/need, let me know and I'll make sure we have that
into account.

thanks!

Thank you very much for your great work! Web components look
finally like some progress in the area of componentisation of
Web. Thank you!

The thing which would in my opinion help a lot to spread the
idea: would it be possible to have some templates of
applications based on Brick? Particularly, I liked Mortar
templates (https://github.com/mozilla/mortar); would it be
possible to rewrite them using Brick and Web Components, so that
a newbie (like me) can start their app with something done and
not from the point zero? (it would resolve rather embarrassing
situation when the Mortar templates are effectively abandoned).

Thank you very much again.

Best,

Matěj
