Thanks Kohei! You’ve helped to make our quickstart examples on MDN a lot better.

I am kinda annoyed that I ended up with the paths inside the .appcache file 
wrong - I originally had them correct, but I tried it like that as I was 
getting frustrated with it not working ;-)
