Cloudtrace.thrift needs to have it's namespace updated to the new package

cloudtrace.thrift still has it's namespace set to cloudtrace.thrift. It should
be updated to org.apache.accumulo.cloudtrace.thrift. Any users who have thrift
installed will be unable to build until this is resolved.
