A colleague Jim Zombek and I have started work on this, and we hope to have a
FIRST version of a design document discussing authentication, creating a table,
putting data into the table, and getting data from the table hopefully by the
end of next week. I will post it to the ticket.
I am mostly posting this so that people know work is being done on this ticket
:).
