I'm cleaning up old utils, and I stumbled across EmbeddedWebServer. This dates
back to the transition from hadoop .19 to .20 which had a jetty discrepancy
between versions that made it difficult for us to handle in our monitor
appropriately. We should just adopt whatever jetty version hadoop 1 uses and
see if we can work out this class.
This ticket is also open if anyone has any feedback on other possible
consequences of getting rid of this abstraction layer in jetty versions.
