If an RFile is read without index caching, the reader it uses does not get
closed. We saw this happen in an RFile unit test, where several Decompressors
were not being returned to the CompressorPool. Inside of
BCFile.Reader.Reader(...) the cachedDataIndex object never gets closed. The
object eventually gets garbage collected, which frees up the resources, but it
should be closed to properly return its Decompressor to the pool. This probably
has little or no effect on any running instance, but it is nonetheless a bug.
