Thrift generates lots of warnings. ACCUMULO-30 says that it won't be fixed, but
a post-processing step was added to suppress warnings in the script that calls
the thrift binary to generate the code.
A post-processing step needs to be added to suppress warnings in the enums
generated also, not just the classes.
