If you look in the target directory, after running "mvn rat:check", you can see a "rat.txt" file, which has the details. You can also run "mvn rat:rat" (the goal executed for the site build when the rat plugin is included as a site report) if you want to see it in a prettier format (target/site/rat-report.html).
