I agree with Arshak. This is a problem of Hadoop not leaving safemode. I had that happen where some of the blocks did not report in. To fix it, I had to forcefully let the namenode leave safemode (hadoop dfsadmin -safemode leave) and then run an fsck to delete missing files.
