Accumulo & GraphBLAS Colleagues,
As you may know, MIT is developing a native Accumulo graph mathematics
library called Graphulo. This library is being designed to provide the core
building blocks for writing effective graph algorithms in Accumulo. The first
step is specifying the mathematics of what should be in the library. The core
mathematics of the library is derived from GraphBLAS (see
http://istc-bigdata.org/GraphBlas/). Example graph algorithms implemented with
the GraphBLAS can be found in at
graphulo.mit.edu
