If you look in the file that the error message told you about, it will tell you exactly which files don't have Apache license headers on them which you can use instead of `git clean` in the future if you like.

RAT == release audit tool. It helps us ensure that all of the files in Accumulo adhere to the rules required to license it as ASLv2.

Presuming you have committed all of your changes locally, please do a 'git
clean -xdf' to ensure there are not stray unrelated files.

NOTE: this will irrevocably destroy untracked files, even git ignored
ones.
make sure any files you want to keep have been moved or committed to the
local git before running it.

The issue on Jira about this build error is fixed in my local repo, but
