Usage: `mvn clean verify -Pbuild-native-lib,assemble -DskipTests
-Dfindbugs.skip -Dcheckstyle.skip`
Two things are causing me heartburn:
1. Can't bind to `package` because I can't figure out how to force the
assembly to happen first
2. How to ensure that the assemble profile was also activated (maybe just
rely on error checking to make sure the tarball exists?)
