New committers!

I'd like to extend an official welcome to both Sean Hickey and Ed 
Coleman as Apache Accumulo committers!

The Apache Accumulo PMC recently voted to add both Sean and Ed as 
committers (and PMC members) in acknowledgement of their contributions 
to the project.
