I changed the method names to look more builder-ish as @joshelser
suggested. Wasn't quite sure how the change the verbiage `getFileSize(...)`,
so I left it alone.
I also dovetailled `NeedsFile` into `NeedsTableConfiguration`, cutting down
the signature of the factory methods somewhat.
