I modified Accumulo ouputformat to use the new Rfile public API and that
worked ok (the minimal amount of RFile test passed). One very import
discovery came out of this exercise. I saw the AccumuloFileOutputFormat code
validates visibilities. The impl behind the new RFile does not do this yet. I
am going to change it to.
