I would also be in favor of a 5-7 day window. I hope to get some nodes
set up tmrw to run some tests, but I haven't been good at getting stuff
done when I originally tend as of late.
I think this would be a common trend for us on minor/major releases (>72
hr period). FWIW, I would be in favor of making this "standard" going
forward.

Michael, can you describe the testing that's been done already on the
RC? Maybe my concerns are already covered. I don't see any in-progress
