4406 is in now as well (but could benefit from someone's eyes -- Dave said he'll take a look in the morning).

I think we're good for an rc2 now.

4405 is merged in (feel free to give it a look, anyone)

Working through the last bits of ACCUMULO-4406 with Dave presently.

I'm looking it 4405 presently. Should have a patch up in a little while,
another set of eyes to look at the problem/solution would be great.

I also sent out an email about log file names [1]. I think it would be
good to make sure everyone is aware of this change (and whether or not
the .out/err files are a bug) before cutting rc2, but that's just my
opinion -- you're welcome to cut rc2 whenever you'd like, Mike :)

This vote fails with 2 -1's. Thanks for the tickets and fixes Josh. I'll
make an RC2 today and start another vote for 5 days. Josh, when do you
expect to have 4405 ready?

Apparently, I never voted -1 explicitly because of ACCUMULO-4401. Oops,
hopefully that was implied.

I have also just filed
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-4405
which would be good to get fixed (although, not a blocker -- I can't
imagine this is a new bug).

Both. No matter if you provide an instance name or don't, it just
reprompts you.

Filed ACCUMULO-4401 to fix, caused by removing "unnecessary code for
readability" in ACCUMULO-4357 ;)

Did you provide an instance name when prompted or simply hit enter?

I downloaded the binary tarball and tried to set this up, but I
cannot get
`accumulo init` to run. It just keeps prompting me for the
instance name
over and over again.

Have I done something dumb?
