It makes sense to mimic what common libraries do and I understand that
`Key.newBuilder()` would be easier to find for the user because it's directly
in the `Key` class. Both point make sense and the `null` thing is internal and
easy to workaround anyway. You convinced me, I'll use this pattern. I'll need
sometime to complete the refactoring.
