I think this pull request is ready for a final review. I am open to more
changes so let me know if there is anything that you don't like. I plan on
doing more work on the scripts and will support these changes if issues come
up.
I performed the following testing:
* Was able run `mvn verify -DskipITs` successfully
* Successfully built the binary tarball and ran a local Accumulo cluster
using this Uno branch: https://github.com/mikewalch/uno/tree/accumulo-4490
Remaining issues:
* The test frameworks (i.e continuous ingest, random walk, etc) are
affected by these changes. I tried to update their code where it made sense.
However, I didn't run them which I plan on doing.
