@mikewalch I think that change is better, but I don't think it changes my
overall opinion. At this point, I'm `-0` (against, but not a veto), and would
prefer a simpler change of making sure the manual opens in a new window/tab,
and that the manual has a link back to the home page. But, my opinion is one of
many. I defer to the majority.
