@joshelser I think the limited usage makes the most sense. Usage of some
commands can simply not be known until they are available on the classpath.
@mikewalch 's solution seems to me to be the best possible compromise.
The alternative is that we document some arbitrary subset of commands with
the shell, without a dependency on the classpath... and that documentation
risks being stale, or flat-out incorrect, depending on what's on the classpath.
