With the span min set to 0, I am consistently seeing the Test pass and the
output:
<pre> 0+2268 [email protected]
org.apache.accumulo.core.client.impl.TabletServerBatchWriter$MutationWriter 1
0+2268 [email protected] sendMutations</pre>
The span taking <1ms would explain why this test was previously failing a
lot on my machine
