+1 1) CI & MR Verify test Using the binary accumulo-2.0.1-bin.tar.gz in fluo-muchos, created a 12 node (10 workers) cluster on Azure & ran the cingest job with Agitator from the 'accumulo-testing' suite. After ~24 hrs, the job has ingested approx 55 billion records occupying 2.2 TB of disk space without replication. Following the ingest, started the verify MR job and it completed with no UNDEFINED nodes. For the test, I have used Hadoop 3.3.0, Zookeeper 3.6.2, Java 11, CentOS 7.5. Below is the count
org.apache.accumulo.testing.continuous.ContinuousVerify$Counts REFERENCED=54770201947 UNREFERENCED=10002074 2) Random walk test Started the random walk test using the All.xml(removed security node and edge) module, its been running for more than 6hrs, no errors reported. 3) Checksum Verified SHA512, signature, fingerprint key of both source and binary tarballs Additionally, verified https://github.com/apache/accumulo/issues/1775 & the reported issue still occurs in Accumulo 2.0.1-rc1. As this is only a display issue in the Accumulo monitor page which has been a problem since 1.9.3, I don't see this as a problem for the release candidate. Stay safe & wish you all Merry Christmas!
