This library contains classloader-related utilities for use with Apache Accumulo, such as our new CachingClassLoaderFactory, an implementation of our ContextClassLoaderFactory SPI that supports fetching classpath resources from remote URLs and caching them locally for shared use among multiple Accumulo processes. It also contains an optional URLStreamHandlerProvider for hdfs:// URLs, to support fetching classpath resources from Apache Hadoop. *** Apache Accumulo® is a sorted, distributed key/value store that provides robust, scalable data storage and retrieval. With Apache Accumulo, users can store and manage large data sets across a cluster. Accumulo uses Apache Hadoop's HDFS to store its data and Apache ZooKeeper for consensus.
