Sorry for the mailing list noise. I went through and updated all our .asf.yaml files to standardize notifications and git protection branch rules, and dependabot settings, across all of our 22 repos. A lot of the fluo repos were sending notifications to the wrong list and I've been meaning to update this, but just now got around to it.
Also, I forgot to change my .gitconfig after recently working on some Fedora stuff, so my email address in my commit messages is not my usual apache one, but it's still me. Thanks, Christopher
