Found two issues: 1) the ECJ compiler is missing, so we cannot create an offline build to verify (there's an Ant task that does this, but we still should be able to build it from scratch without much work); 2) the artifacts used for baselining (in cnf/releaserepo) are absent, causing bnd to croak on missing release artifacts and incompatible versions.
