Attached is a minor patch for the README with a few more details for Fedora and Debian/Ubuntu users.
One more thing to check for the release: make sure the headers are installed to PREFIX/include/activemq-cpp-2.0 and that the library that is installed is called libactivemq-cpp-2_0.a or something similar. This will allow users to install multiple versions of the library to the same PREFIX in future. The Example section in the README should probably be updated accordingly.
