Ah. The change is still in the code repo, so you need an svn client
(http://subversion.tigris.org/) to grab the source from there.
(http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/activemq/branches/activemq-4.1/)
After grabbing the source you can build it like you are building now.
You don't need to create a repo. You're just getting the updated copy
from the apache repo.
