harmless patch to put destination name in the demo app message responses - also
looks to HTTP header for the destination if the destination name is not found
in POST parameters
both of these make it much easier to build a REST integration demo using other
frameworks ( http://code.google.com/p/activemessaging/wiki/ActiveMessaging )
