Have followed spring's lead where the namespace URI points to the directory of
the various versioned files. So in an hour or two the URL should work...
http://activemq.org/config/1.0
when Apache catches up :). Though activemq.org is a redirect to
activemq.apache.org so it'll probably only work in browsers; but that should do
right?
Have also added a little ReadMe.html.
I think it might be nice to change the namespace URL to something more spring
like and Apache-ish for 5.0; its a bit of a pain for users but we could support
backwards compatibility I guess...
