Wrong URLs displayed for ActiveMQ Console and Demos

I have built ActiveMQ from trunk. Upon starting ActiveMQ, the following INFO
messages are displayed in the command window:
INFO log - ActiveMQ Console at
http://0.0.0.0:8161/admin
INFO log - ActiveMQ Web Demos at
http://0.0.0.0:8161/demo
Notice that the URLs show 0.0.0.0 instead of hostname or IP address.
