Trying to iron some remaining issues in the AdvisoryBroker, I've got
some conceptual questions about it.
Why AdvisoryBroker.addProducer calls fireAdvisory while
AdvisoryBroker.removeProducer calls fireProducerAdvisory?
About fireProducerAdvisory (fireConsumerAdvisory). What is the reason of
adding the attribute producerCount (consumerCount) as the total amount
of producers (consumers) registered in the AdvisoryBroker, when the
targets of those advisories are destination specific? Shouldn't it be
the amount of producers (consumers) registered for the related topic/queue ?
