Messages received count is wrong in web console

Eventhough the queue has some persistant messages, the messages received count
is showing as zero when the web console is taken for the first time.If I browse
the queue I can see the messages, thereafter If I take the Queues page again
the count is showing correctly.
Steps to repeat the issue:-
1.Create a queue and put some persistant messages into it.
2. restart the active mq
3.take the web console and take the queues page.
The number of messsages received is shown as zero. If you take the queues page
after browsing the queue the count is shown correctly.
