The [Code-Overvie|http://activemq.apache.org/code-overview.html] uses class
names not found in JavaDoc. ie TransportChannel, and Packet. Also, please add
some explination of the relationship between Command, Endpoint, Transport, and
TransportConnection. Perhaps the JavaDoc for the org.apache.activemq.command
package should have a brief summery of the purpose/breakdown of the major
command types.
