Howdy folks, Just an FYI.. but I've started a ip-clearance document for the excellent NMS contribution that Jim Gomes is donating.
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/site-author/ip-clearance/activemq-nms-tibco.xml One of the questions it ask is "If applicable, make sure that any associated name does not already exist and is not already trademarked for an existing software product" Well obviously part of the module name is Tibco and that's trademarked name.
