I do like the idea of the TIBCO.EMS.cs stub file. I don't think the apache
legal folks would like us hosting a file like that tho. Perhaps you can create
a project on [google code|http://code.google.com/hosting/] and slap it up
there?? We could then do a build time download and compile of the stub if the
user does not have the real deal on his system.. What do you think?
