If more then one Subsriber is listen to the topic the messages will neverbe
deleted.
The Problem is in the KahaTopicReferenceStore. At acknoledge the count for the
TopicSubAck is decremented, but the new State is not saved. So the count is
never reached 0 and so the message will never be deleted.
