Setting advisory support compromises network of brokers

The documentation pertaining to advisorySupport states the following.
"Allows the support of advisory messages to be disabled for performance
reasons."
So I can see why some folk would be tempted to disable advisorySupport.
However, there does not appear to be any documentation stating that doing so
will compromise the functionality associated with networks of brokers (e.g., it
will preclude the broker from forwarding messages to other brokers). Either the
documentation needs to be updated and/or end-users should not be allowed to
disable advisory support given the dire results.
