    Description: It would be nice to add a new interface to the ActiveMQ core 
package that allowed as much Broker management as possible using CPP.  Some 
things can be accomplished over the openwire protocol like removing a 
destination from the Broker.  Its possible that we could add other command to 
the next openwire protocol such that the CPP client can have access to 
functionality similar to the java clients.  (was: It would be nice to add a new
