JmsConnector does not remove bridges

The removeInboundBridge and removeOutboundBridge methods both add instead of
remove! I've attached a patch to fix this. It also adds a method for clearing
the bridges, which I use in my own code. Hopefully it isn't asking to much to
have that method added as well. :)
