At some point I'm going to get around to doing a true synchronous
option for message producers (the send waits until the message has
been consumed - or times out)
However, to implement this cleanly - I need to add another flag to
ProducerInfo - which means we need to the rev the wire format.
I think it would make sense to add properties at the same time to all
the stateful commands (ConnectionInfo,ConsumerInfo,ProducerInfo,
RemoveInfo etc) - as I'm sure we'll be adding in more optional feature
over time - thoughts ?
