JMX methods exposed for a Queue dont work right

I noticed that JMX methods exposed from AMQ5.0 are not working properly. some
times able to move/copy messages and sometime don't. its really unreliable.
QueueBrowser is not working properly either, it returns no messages when u
browse the queue even if messages are there in the queue.
