It would be nice if ActiveMQ could support "Confirmation on delivery" and
"Confirmation on arrive" report messages such as IBM WebSphereMQ does.
For example, the broker could send a report message to the sending application
when it puts the message in the target queue
or when the application gets it off the queue.
