Seems to have gone wrong in branches/activemq-4.1/pom.xml rev 642422
The dependency version was changed from use of property to 1.1.1, property with
value 1.0 still there unused:

<groupId>org.apache.geronimo.specs</groupId>
<artifactId>geronimo-jms_1.1_spec</artifactId>
<version>1.1.1</version>
</dependency>
....
<org-apache-geronimo-specs-version>1.0</org-apache-geronimo-specs-version>
Version should be 1.0
