The documentation for the OpenWire defaults is in conflict. I am attempting to
set the default settings in the Apache NMS C# client according to the
standards, but the documentation is conflicting. Here are the two links to
the conflicting documentation:

Specifically, the conflicts are regarding the default settings for
cacheEnabled, tightEncodingEnabled, and cacheSize. It would be clear as to
what the defaults are, and what defaults the NMS client should set.
