Resolution: Fixed
Added code contribution from David Keaveny. The Subversion repository is
located at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/activemq/activemq-dotnet/Apache.NMS.WCF. A
new JIRA component of WCF has been added so issues can be entered directly for
this new provider component.
