I agree. IMHO your latest changes deserve a revision.
Closing AMQCPP-200, AMQCPP-202, AMQCPP-203 and making a new one for the
CmsTemplate is OK to me.
I'd also include AMQCPP-199, but I'd like to drive some more stress testing
before, just to double check it.
